Description

Why do so many users put down block|length=indefinitely. You don't have to put that down if the user is blocked forever you can just put down block |reason vandalism as it will automatically put indefinitely if no timestamp is chosen. The RPG Gamer (talk) (edits) 05:56, 4 June 2016 (EDT)

Is it legal to put a fake Block template at the top of my talk page by taking the code and deleting the categorizing code? Just curious.

Other than Template:Media nav, we don't have any other navigation templates with "nav" in the name, so I voting no on that to keep this one simple. "block-user" or "userblock" could work though maybe. 23:34, 15 January 2018 (EST)

This template is useless

What Alex95 said. Users may end up on the user's talk page through another discussion page with the intent of sending them a message only to find out they've been blocked and sending one may be pointless.
