Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser

It's called Minion Quest: The Search for Bowser, not Bowser's Minions. This was shown in the E3 game reveal. I'd make the edit myself, but I don't know how to cite sources. My source is here: [1] -YFJ (talk · edits) 19:33, 15 June 2017 (EDT)

So it is. The main game itself is labeled as "Bowser's Minions", but it appears the actual mode itself is differently named. Thanks for finding that. Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 19:37, 15 June 2017 (EDT)

More changes for the SS remake

1. Ratings are now given for solo attacks 2. An "Excellent" can now be given for bros. attacks 3. Scenes have been added/changed to tie the game in with minion quest

The original GBA game had a solo battle command for both Mario and Luigi which contained the jump as well as the hammer and hand actions. However in the Stardust Fields picture, We can see that there is now a unique action block for jump, hammer as well as hands. I don't know whether this is an advantage or a disadvantage to players. Pokey

Pokey appears in artwork but isn't mentioned anywhere in the article. Where would it go though, the artwork suggests it will be one of the minions you can use in Minion Quest. --Fawfulthegreat64Logo.png 23:08, 27 June 2017 (EDT)

Well, in Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle's page we have the Characters with unspecified roles subsection, so you can create it and add all the characters you spot who don't yet have a clear role.--Mister Wu (talk) 04:37, 28 June 2017 (EDT)

Battle theme

This game's remix of the main battle theme was just leaked:

Somebody might want to add that as a music file. However, I am not really versed in doing these kinds of things

Piranha Plant

Have regular Piranha Plants actually been confirmed to be allies in the Minion Quest mode? I believe it was added to the list before the Fire Stalking Piranha Plant's name was confirmed, though I thought I'd ask before I removed it. --A sprite of a Flame Chomp from New Super Mario Bros. Birdo

Is Birdo in the game she was in original, and there is no sign of her her. Is there any proof, or has nintendo not announced gameplay yet? --User:Mariobirdofan02/sig 11:23, 15 September 2017 (EDT)

For a character that only appeared two times in the original and the only times they are very specific, they haven't shown her, but they haven't shown the locations where she was in the original. Red Yoshi in a construction hat walking Yoshi the SSM (talk) 09:51, 16 September 2017 (EDT)

Yoshi Theater posters

Do we have any word on if those have changed this time? If so, what are they? BooDestroyer (talk) 19:58, 20 September 2017 (EDT)

Rating

I'm confused. The official website says the game is rated Everyone 10+, but the box itself just says Everyone. Which is it? Polterpup (talk) 16:25:, 23 September 2017 (EDT)

Never mind, It must have been a mistake. Polterpup (talk) 20:07, 26 September 2017 (EDT)

X Bosses?

I know this may not be contributing to the article that much, but with the amount of content Youtube has seen, does anyone know if the game has added an arena styled area with X bosses? I'm asking mostly out of curiosity, but if it is confirmed, it can be added to the article. Sprite of Yoshi's stock icon from Super Smash Bros. As far as anyone can tell, there is no Battle Ring, and thus no X Bosses. I have heard that the Koopalings are replaced with Dark versions (like Dark Iggy, seen in the E3 playthrough) once you recruit them, but I have yet to see hard evidence that this is the case.--Thatguy62 (talk) 18:49, 26 September 2017 (EDT)

Saving after Final Boss?

Question.svg This talk page or section has a conflict or a question that needs to be answered. Please try to help and resolve the issue by leaving a comment.

How does that even work? The game practically becomes unplayable if you do that! -YFJ (talk · edits) 15:13, 4 October 2017 (EDT)

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door and Super Paper Mario save after the final boss. The game is still playable, the only thing that can't be done is re-face the final boss. It's different for the series, but it's not something that completely ruins the game. Sprite of Yoshi's stock icon from Super Smash Bros. If it actually is possible, the only segment that could be replayed is the Bowser's Castle Time Bomb sequence, unless things actually change after Cackletta is defeated inside Bowser's stomach. Still interesting to hear, though... – Owencrazyboy9 (talk) 17:11, 4 October 2017 (EDT)
