Czar Dragon, Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars

The Czar Dragon is a dragon made out of many Pyrospheres and the boss of the Barrel Volcano, who is guarding the sixth Star Piece in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. This dragon is a master of fire magic, though he also knows as substantial number of earth magic spells, including the misleadingly named Water Blast earth attack. After Mario and his party defeat the Czar Dragon, the monster immediately returns from the grave as the menacing Zombone.
