The Baby Bosster (also known as Booster Seat in North America) is a kart that appears in Mario Kart Wii. The kart is a baby stroller with an engine and 2 exhaust pipes in the back, a pair of headlamps on the front of the vehicle, and a roof that tends to open when the characters jump from the cab. Only small characters can drive this vehicle.

Stats

  • Speed: Low
  • Weight: Low
  • Acceleration: High
  • Handling: Excellent
  • Drift: Medium
  • Off-Road: High
  • Mini-Turbo: Very High

The Booster Seat is the slowest kart in the game, while it shows an average drift. On the other hand, the kart shows a high acceleration, off-road and mini-turbo. The Booster Seat also has the highest level of handling among karts. However, it gets knocked around a lot due to its low weight. It shares the same stats with the Bit Bike.

Color Schemes

  • Baby Mario – (White cab, blue roof with a red stripe bordered by two white stripes, red wheels with blue hub-caps)
  • Baby Luigi – (White cab and roof that has three green stripes, green wheels with yellow hub caps)
  • Baby Peach – (Pink cab and roof with fringes and white stripe, white wheels with pink hub caps)
  • Baby Daisy – (Yellow cab, orange roof with fringes, white stripe bordered by two teal stripes, yellow-orange wheels with green hub caps)
  • Toad – (Blue cab, yellow roof with red fringes and stripes, yellow wheels with red hub caps)
  • Toadette – (Magenta cab, white roof with pink fringes, hot pink wheels with magenta hub caps)
  • Koopa Troopa – (Mint-green cab, light green roof with fringes and white stripe, turquoise wheels with green hub caps)
  • Dry Bones – (Black cab, wheels and roof that has red fringes and stripe bordered by white stripes)
  • Male Mii – (White cab Blue wheels, roof, and fringes W/ White stripe)

Trivia

  • The Booster seat is the only vehicle other than the Star Bike in Mario kart Wii to go through a design change other than a palette-swap. The case here is that the fringes of the Booster Seat's roof are absent when one of the Baby Mario Bros. is driving it.
  • The hub caps of Dry Bones's Booster seat resemble a bird's eye view of his shell.
  • The Booster Seat may be an upgraded version of the Goo Goo Buggy and the Rattle Buggy from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!
