Split Yoshi's Super Star from Mario Party's Super Star

Template:SettledTPP SPLIT 8-0

OK seriously? I don't have a clue why these to are merged. They are obviously two different things, as Yoshi's Super Star is an object and MP's Super Star is just a term. I find it completely ridiculous that two completely different things are merged.

Support

  1. UltraMario3000 (talk) Per my proposal.
  2. Goomba's Shoe15 (talk) Per Proposal
  3. Mario4Ever (talk) Per proposal.
  4. Reddragon19k (talk) Per all three! This is definitely my favorite type of proposal!
  5. Dr Javelin (talk) Definitely shouldn't be merged. Per all.
  6. Walkazo (talk) - Per UltraMario3000, but per Baby Mario Bloops when it comes to the articles' names.
  7. Baby Mario Bloops (talk) - I guess, since they mean different things, but I feel like it should be Super Star (Mario Party) and Super Star (Yoshi's Island). I think that is more formal.
  8. Superfiremario (talk) Per BMB.

The section above states that the nomination passed 8-0, so why are they still merged? Yoshi876 (talk)

Nobody ever unmerged them. Marshal Dan Troop (talk)
Could I ask you to do it, as I am currently very busy with Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3 categories? Yoshi876 (talk)
Done. The section is split from the article. Icon showing how many lives Mario has left. From Super Mario 64 DS. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 21:10, 28 March 2013 (EDT)

Disambiguation

Just look at the article about thing on the top of the page. It's ridiculous. Shouldn't we have a disambiguation page for Super Star? Icon showing how many lives Mario has left. From Super Mario 64 DS. It's me, Mario! (Talk / Stalk) 21:18, 28 March 2013 (EDT)

Delete Super Star

(this proposal is not the same as this one, so please don't get confused)

Only MarioWiki can write 5 paragraphs describing a very simple, easy to understand term used in Mario Party games.

But seriously, why do we need a page for this? What exactly is its purpose? This article is exactly the same as creating the page Template:Fakelink or Template:Fakelink on the wiki. We don't do that of course, but why should this be exempt from the others? It's exactly like that except it has a fancy name. All of the information on the page is mostly padding anyway.

Delete

  1. Baby Luigi (talk) Maybe some people will get clueless once this page is deleted on what "Super Star" means, idk
  2. Glowsquid (talk) per everything written above.
  3. LeftyGreenMario (talk) "Superstar" is this, but Toad is that, and Mario and his friends do things while arguing and doing things, and blah blah blah. Let's create an article on Template:Fakelink and Template:Fakelink and Template:Fakelink instead.
  4. King Pikante (talk) Per all.
  5. BowserJunior (talk) Per all.
