- Rosalina was confirmed to be a playable character in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS / Wii U. Several new characters and courses have been revealed for Mario Kart 8. A Yoshi's Island-themed DLC level has been released for Sonic Lost World.
- A diorama based on Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon was announced as a Club Nintendo reward for the on-going celebration of the Year of Luigi into 2014. The diorama is now available in Europe and is open for pre-orders in North America with an expected release date of March 2014.
