Hello readers of The 'Shroom, and welcome to Spotlight. Spotlight is a community project which aims to fix up the articles on the wiki which have issues. These issues can range from poor writing, to a lack of images, to even just needing a credible source.
It's movie month, so I was going to try to grab focuses related to the films from the franchise. Then that turned out to be a needle in a haystack search and it's late so I don't feel like working that hard! So instead you get to enjoy another month of randomly picked focuses that have nothing to do with each other whatsoever.
A pretty decent month for Spotlight focuses! RHG1951 (talk) expanded Starship Mario (board), and I see he went ahead and did some work on a few other boards from the game too. Way to go! Information on how to perform a Body Check in Mario Super Sluggers was added by BMfan08 (talk), and Sparks (talk) added images of all of the holes in Cheep Cheep Falls, and even took care of a rewrite request on the page too. Finally, File:Buzzy Beetle With Goombas.jpg was deleted after ThePowerPlayer (talk) uploaded a better version. Nothing for Juliet Jelenic or Dusty Dune Galaxy yet, but maybe those will be tackled in the future.

| There's been a request up for 4 years to add this enemy's bio from the Super Mario Galaxy trading cards! We'd really appreciate it if you could scare that up. (They should've just used Splunkins...) | ||
| There's an image of one of the bonus areas in this level, but if you want to see the locations for any other collectibles, you're out of luck. We need to complete those for a clean getaway. | ||
| Did Luigi eat a Mini Mushroom just before taking this picture? A proper render of Luigi from Mario Party: The Top 100 would be ideal, but if that's not doable, let's at least get an image that doesn't require a magnifying glass. | ||
| Nintendo Power forgot to include this enemy in their Super Mario RPG Player's Guide. Apparently, they claimed that Greaper wasn't actually an enemy in the game at some point, but where was this actually stated? |
Now just before I leave you, I'd like to tell you about unimplemented proposals. There are currently thirty-nine that need to be implemented, dating as far back as 2018, so think of this as a continuous Spotlight goal until they're all completed. Additionally, there are many unresolved discussions that we would love to see come to some sort of conclusion. Some might have already concluded and just need the template removed, others have been waiting for a response for years.
