Split web videos

This template is getting bloated with a never-ending stream of Play Nintendo videos, and Nintendo shows no sign of stopping. At this point "Web video" links take up more than half of the template. I propose to split the "Web videos" section into its own template. That would also make it possible to further separate these videos in different categories, as not every video comes from Play Nintendo.

5. Rykitu (talk) Per proposal, as someone who added most of these (there's still a lot missing, but these were the most notable ones). Play Nintendo is my biggest concern in terms of subjects that need covering on this wiki as these videos are being released at a high rate, they can be deleted at anytime, their titles are changed frequently, and there's general lack of interest from the community in writing articles for them. Which makes sense, as just watching over 5 minutes of these videos is enough to make you go insane.

Out of curiosity, what'd happen to Nintendo Week? It was only available via the Nintendo Channel, which isn't a website, but it was online only... Is it still "Web video" enough? ~Camwoodstock ( talk ☯ contribs ) 18:21, February 2, 2026 (UTC)
