Shouldn't we need to rename this?[edit]

The thing is, Nintendo Music assigns the title "Title Theme" to THIS song, the theme used on the title screen, which doesn't contain the main theme of Luigi's Mansion at all. The song we usually call the main theme of Luigi's Mansion is instead titled "Title Theme (Humming)" on Nintendo Music; however, that also contains the, well, humming, while there exists a version in the game without the humming, so I get why that isn't included in the article title. But since such version does NOT exist in Nintendo Music, really, the only song that is titled just "Title Theme" there is, well, the song I linked to earlier, so as you might guess, this could get REALLY confusing if we keep the current article name. Also, I've thought about using {{distinguish}}, but that doesn't seem to be all too useful considering that we don't have an article for the actual title screen theme (and probably won't for a long time, that theme is not all too recurring). However, I do have a suggestion for renaming this article: "Title Theme (Luigi's Mansion main theme)"; or we could revert to "Main Theme (Luigi's Mansion)", if that's preferable. "Title Theme (Humming)" is the original theme and the humming does make up the main melody of the theme, so I think that should just be the title. That is odd that they called this a variation of the title theme. Small Mario sprite from Super Mario Bros. Mario JC 02:38, April 9, 2025 (EDT)
Do you think it would be more appropriate to replace the sample with one featuring Luigi's humming? Having the main sample lack the theme's main melody is a bit odd... DryKirby64 (talk) 08:45, July 9, 2025 (EDT)
Yeah, definitely. Small Mario sprite from Super Mario Bros. Mario JC 00:43, July 10, 2025 (EDT)

E. Gadd's Theme[edit]

I am not wholly aware of the policy for how these songs get split, but it looks like "Professor E. Gadd's Lab" might have shown up independently from the original "Title Theme: (Humming)" track enough to warrant its own page.

At least 8 of the audio samples on this page seem to be derived from E. Gadd's version rather than the Luigi's, and almost all instances of the song in Luigi's Mansion 3 (I've counted at least 11 + one reused track from Dark Moon) are specifically based on E.Gadd's version of the song. 108.208.40.205 01:43, November 23, 2025 (EST)

It's perfectly acceptable under our music coverage policy to split an arrangement if it is recurring. Only reason this hasn't is because nobody has gotten around to it yet. The Dab Master 10:42, December 30, 2025 (EST)
After looking through the page myself, the themes you're referring to don't really seem to take inspiration from each other, and only six games seem to actually feature at least one theme related to E. Gadd, so none of these are actually eligible for their own article. The Dab Master 10:51, December 30, 2025 (EST)
How many arrangements would E.Gadd's theme need in order to be split then? And would it have to be "X number of rearrangements in Y number titles?" or "X number of rearrangements across all appearances?" Because across the Luigi's Mansion series alone, I've counted about 16 different versions at least. (Not all of which are uploaded to this wiki as of now.)
