Create pages for most of the special buildings in Kingdom Builder

Create all listed pages 4-2-0
The list of Kingdom Builder items is, I feel, insufficient for the "special buildings" of the mode. As essentially marks of Toad Rally progression (the game waves the next special building at the player after every Toad Rally until you have all the ones Toads can unlock), they deserve some dedicated space to talk about what they do, how they work, and what they look like. As it happens, most of them have good homes on the wiki. For instance, Princess Peach's Cake is, shockingly enough, a cake. Luigi’s House fits snugly with the Mario Bros. House article. For the most part, the system works. This proposal aims to give some of the stragglers that don’t have an article and some of the ones that are squeezed into crowded sections of existing articles some extra room. The subjects in question:

• Rainbow Bridge
  • The progression system of Kingdom Builder, because unlocking and placing one of these means more space to put more things. They also are placed immediately via cutscene. Key item for this mode for sure, needs an article going over the order which these are placed (it’s fixed), and their costs. (a userspace draft is here) Currently, Rainbow Bridge is a redirect to Tour Tokyo Blur, which has a real world bridge of that name as part of the track. If this proposal succeeds, this redirect would be overwritten by the Super Mario Run building. (This may need an "about" template if the real Rainbow Bridge noted by name in a tweet or something.)
• The Red Bonus Game House, Blue Bonus Game House, and Yellow Bonus Game House
  • While these are visually reminiscent of Toad Houses, and Toad Houses are known for mini games, that article has to deal with regular Toad Houses across three designs, five colors, and two background reuses. It’s too much to bear. If the mini games themselves had names the Bonus Game Houses would surely have had articles a long time ago. Can this be a special exception for “Building with gameplay significance"? This would be three articles, so one per house because each has a separate Bonus Game.
• The Pink Coin Pipe, Purple Coin Pipe, Black Coin Pipe, and Gold Star Pipe
  • Similarly, the Warp Pipe article has to handle a substantial amount of the game’s user interface across all three platforming modes, the platforming itself, and then the same number of non-special Kingdom Builder buildings as Toad Houses. It’s too much. There is a case to be made that articles for these pipes are functionally redundant with the level articles that they unlock. I think that these pipes should be likened more as “keys”, as in an independent item, even if that item’s sole purpose is to unlock one door.
• Toadette’s House
  • This one is a stretch, which is why there is an option to not split this one. Currently, its on the Toad House article. The reasoning for a split is that it’s Toadette’s House. As in, a variation for a specific character, rather than the generalized nature of the Toad House. Fully understand if people would rather keep this on Toad House.

4. ThePowerPlayer (talk) Per all. Although having more articles is not necessarily better (e.g. there is no need for an article on Blue Hill Pair), it seems reasonable to me to give articles to these buildings in particular.

Create/Split all except Toadette’s House

2. EvieMaybe (talk) i don't think toadette's house has enough mechanical differences to warrant a split. MAYBE if her house shows up in other games?
