What Super Mario Wiki refer to as "items and objects" the encyclopedia refers to as "items and obstacles". They are one in the same, and what I was referring to.) Tag: Undo

That is the term used for wired Lifts in the New Super Mario Bros. U guidebooks, and I doubt they did that by accident. Additionally, whether or not a little bird is an "object" is a matter of perspective, not inherently incorrect.)

- Super Mario Bros. Encyclopedia 14:10 +11 Nintendo101 talk contribs (I'm just redirect to "small bird" here. However, is the small bird really not an object, or are we perceiving it as such due to this due to an animal bias? Super Mushrooms are fungi and Fire Flowers are plants, and we don't recognize them as characters or species. I only bring this up because the book consistently treats ambient birds and butterflies as "objects" for other games. So while it may be easy to see this listing as an error, to Nintendo, it is an accurate categorization.)
