Kangaroo-san are a group of Confused Chucks and a Sumo Brother in kangaroo disguises, with the objective to hinder Mario in Super Mario World! Mario Open Golf.
They first appear on the Australia Course field, right in front of the Tee. When Princess Peach tries to swing her ball, Mr. K (who is actually Bowser), orders the Kangaroo to make way for the lady, and they immediately free the field, occupying it again, after she swung her shot. Tony is able to go over them with no problem, but when Mario tries to disguise as a girl to get the same treatment as Peach, he gets beaten up, but they do free the field.
Later, when Mario and Bowser are facing off in the UK Course, Bowser summons the Kangaroo-san which drop their disguise and start hindering Mario: the Chucks with their baseballs and the Sumo Brother by making him fall in a quicksand bunker.
