Appears in Family BASIC

Kōshahō Game is a minigame playable in Family BASIC. Instructions to code the minigame were published by Shogakukan in the officially licensed magazine Kimi ni mo Tsukureru!! Family Computer Game.

Gameplay[edit]

The player takes control of the anti-aircraft gun, with the object of the game being to shoot as many of the alien invaders from the Spinner Star[1] using their ten Achilles shots. There are three different types of enemies that the player can shoot, these being the Fighter Fly (which flies the lowest), the Nitpicker (which flies in the middle), and the Spinner (which flies the highest). The higher the enemy is flying, the more points they are worth when the player shoots them. Fighter Flies are worth 50 points, Nitpickers are worth 100 points, and Spinners are worth 300 points. Once the player misses a shot ten times, the game ends and their high score is saved.
