Yoshi's Wings are a power-up item from Super Mario World. When Mario and Yoshi snag this rare item, Yoshi turns into Winged Yoshi, and they enter a secret bonus area, where they can collect coins. Upon finishing the bonus stage in the original game Mario ends up riding on a Blue Yoshi, no matter what colored Yoshi he picked up the wings with. However, in the GBA remake, Yoshi's color does not change in this way.

In the Super Mario World animated series cartoon, Yoshi's Wings, though called Magic Wings, appear in the episodes "Ghosts 'R' Us", "Born to Ride" and "The Night Before Cave Christmas", where, like in the game, they can turn Yoshi into Winged Yoshi.
