Slow Block
A Slow Block

A Slow Block is an orange Dice Block that appears in Mario Party. It is bought at the Mushroom Shop for 100 coins. It is the opposite of the Speed Block, which rolls an 8, 9, or 10, since when it appears on a player's turn, the player can roll only a 1, 2, or 3.

A Slow Block has a four on the top of the die, even though it allows the player to roll only a 1, 2, or 3. This appears to be due to its artwork being a recolor of the artwork for the Plus Block and Minus Block.
