In Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, Cream once again serves as one of the more common referees alongside Toad, Espio the Chameleon, and Charmy Bee. She along with Toad host the London Party Mode option of the game, and she is also seen to make cameos in various events. A suit based on her can also be unlocked and be worn by the player's Mii. Her Chao friend Cheese makes his introduction in the series within this game and accompanies her throughout this installment.
In the Wii version of Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games, Cream appears as a referee in several Events and also hosts the London Party mode alongside Toad and Cheese. She also appears as a character that can be spoken to in London Party mode in order to play various minigames and earn stickers. A suit based on her can be unlocked and be worn by the player's Mii, and Cream will also occasionally send the player mail.

After the imposters are defeated, Cream thanks the group for their help and decide to stay behind at the Main Stadium, with Cream later appearing at the opening ceremony. A badge of Cream can also be obtained from the badge machine.

Cream returns in the Nintendo 3DS version of Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, this time as a playable character exclusive to the Beach Volleyball and Beach Volleyball Plus events.

Cream is not playable in the Wii U version; in this installment, she is operating the Sonic Item Stand on Copacabana Beach.

In the 3DS version, she maintains her role as a host and referee; however, she also makes an appearance within the story mode along with Cheese. She is first seen when the main stadium becomes covered with Phantasmal Fog once again (after the heroes had cleared up London from the fog the first time) and is seen to be looking for her friends along with Cheese. Unfortunately, the two comes upon four fog clones (based on Mario, Luigi, Sonic, and Tails) and immediately the four imposters attempt to attack the young girl as nearby Shy Guys flee from the scene in cowardice. Fortunately, the real Mario and Sonic arrive (along with Luigi, Tails, Toad, and Omochao in tow) and save Cream and Cheese from the attack by challenging the fog clones instead.

Cream appears as a non-playable character in Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020. In Quick Match mode, she can be seen clapping for the players at the award ceremony along with Toad and Cheese. She also makes a minor appearance at Tokyo Station alongside Cheese in the Story Mode, though she and Cheese are the only distinct characters in said mode who do not have to be encountered to complete it and who have no role in its plot; if Luigi speaks to her, then she will converse with Amy about her and Cheese's traditional Japanese clothing.

At first, Cream becomes confused to see two versions of her friends; however, Tails explains to her of the situation while comforting her and tells Cream (along with Cheese) to stay by Toad in order to be safe (with Toad agreeing to protect her by cheering on for the other heroes). After the fog clones were defeated, Cream thanks the others for their help and calls them her "heroes". Not too long after, Omega arrives to the scene and informs the group of a new area to investigate (which was Stonehenge) for more clues about the reappearance of the fog. As Mario, Luigi, Sonic, Tails, Toad, and Omega head off to investigate Stonehenge, Cream wishes the team good luck on their quest after having decided to remain at the main stadium along with Cheese and Omochao.

A badge of Cream can also be obtained from the badge machine.

Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games[edit]

Cream returns in the Nintendo 3DS version of Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games, this time as a playable character exclusive to the Beach Volleyball and Beach Volleyball Plus events.
