Template:Levelbox Poison Canal Cannon Run is the sixteenth course of Episode 3 of Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker.
Layout
The level takes place in a poisonous swamp area, containing Clear Pipe Cannons, Double Cherries, and Touchstones. Groups of Fuzzies are encountered as Toadette maneuvers her way to the Power Star.

Super Gems
- Super Gem 1: Unveiled after the two "P" panels are hit.
- Super Gem 2: Housed in the alcove in the north-eastern corner of the stage. The Touchstone must be moved in order for it to be collected.
- Super Gem 3: Collected after activating the three-character Multi-Vator (two-character Multi-Vator in the 3DS version) near the end of the level.
Bonus objective
- Cleared course with 4 Toadettes! (Wii U / Switch)
- Found the hidden Gold Mushroom! (3DS)
