Blooper Bay
Blooper Bay is fourth course and third unlockable course in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour. It is unlocked by winning the tournament from Shifting Sands. In general, it seems to have a tropical or seaside-island resort theme to it. It can further stated with the many shacks found throughout the course. Blooper Bay also seems to be based on Gelato Beach, an area in Isle Delfino during Super Mario Sunshine.
There are many hazards laid throughout the course. Much of the fairways are lined with fast fairways, which allows the ball to have less traction to the track. There is also a vast amount of water in this course, which makes the chance of having more Water Hazards happen. Not only that, but there are usually faster winds in this course from the water. Alongside, there are many bunkers in this course, providing less fairway for the ball to land on. To the player's advantage, there are less trees on this course, allowing more space for the ball to breeze through.
Once the player has beaten the tournament for this course, they will unlock Peach's Castle Grounds.
Trivia
- Most of the bunkers and small ponds in this course make shapes of several creatures and food items.
- Even though the course is named Blooper Bay, there are no Bloopers that appear. However, there is a bunker that is shaped like a Blooper.
