Isn't New Donk City just a part of Metro Kingdom, not the entire kingdom itself? That seems to be what Nintendo's implying, judging by the fact that they're [[:File:Super Mario Odyssey Atlas.jpg|given different names]]. I think how we've explained [https://twitter.com/SuperMario_UK/status/918400873499365376 this Tweet] sounds a little speculative. The city has referenced the original ''Donkey Kong'' game a few times, but I haven't seen anything that says this is the city were the game took place. Metro Kingdom = New Donk City?
Isn't New Donk City just a part of Metro Kingdom, not the entire kingdom itself? That seems to be what Nintendo's implying, judging by the fact that they're given different names. Regarding the Donkey Kong game Tweet
I think how we've explained this Tweet sounds a little speculative. The city has referenced the original Donkey Kong game a few times, but I haven't seen anything that says this is the city were the game took place. While that may be true come Oct. 27th and that may be what it's hinting at, I can't tell that from the Tweet currently and definitively.
