A Shroob Chomp, also called Chain Shromp, was a Shroob-like Chain Chomp that appeared in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. Shroob Chomps were seen in the the battle against the first form of Elder Princess Shroob. Elder Princess Shroob summoned them atop the floating platform and made a Shroob UFO guide it to attack the Mario Bros. They were easily Jumped over and stomped on. This was the only time in the whole game that a Chain Chomp appears as an enemy.
