You get to create a userpage when you make 10 edits and wait for a week. If you have any Mario Kart track ideas send a name short decription and post it on my talk page. If you want to edit click on the edit button at the top and if you want to make a little box for your track name and dcription first use 2 equal signs then put 2 more equal signs at the end of the title of the box.
