The Shrink Machine is an attraction built by Mario for Video Land Amusement Park, as seen in the the fourth book in the Donkey Kong coloring and activity book series. After Mario and Pauline escape through the emergency exit to avoid Donkey Kong in the Tunnel of Love, they run into The Shrink Machine. While chasing the two down, Donkey Kong runs into The Shrink Machine, causing it to turn on and shrink him, Mario, and Pauline. Afterwards, Donkey Kong grabs Pauline and carries her through the "gamesroom" and up a tower of beams that resembles 100m.
