Why can't we give Warnings to an administrator if they can give us warnings? Just exactly what is so god damn good about administrators compared to normal users?Mr Man 16:26, 25 November 2011 (EST)

Well the administrator's run the site, plus they know what not to do. Donaldthescotishtwin

Because admins are highly trustworthy users that have proven to be consistently reliable editors. They are given powers used to watch over the wiki and prevent vandalism and the like. And I believe that if an admin is making a mistake or something, the situation is taken care of internally, so there's no reason a normal user would have to give an admin a warning. Bop1996 (Talk)
If you see an admin doing something wrong, approach them about it or talk to another admin and that admin will bring it up with the administration. Admins aren't disciplined the same way other users are as they can easily unban themselves, their punishments are in the form of demotions. The Warning templates are ban templates. Hey there! It doesn't answer my other question. Just exactly what is so God damn good about administrators compared to normal users?Mr Man 10:44, 3 December 2011 (EST)

Through long histories of hard work and exemplary behaviour, certain users have proven themselves to be reliable, level-headed and knowledgeable about how the wiki works, and as such, are trusted with extra tools and responsibilities. Ranks don't make users good, they're given to good users. - Walkazo 01:16, 4 December 2011 (EST)

Is it okay to send friend requests to users who are inactive? Sprite of Black Ninjakoopa, from Paper Mario. Sprite of Red Ninjakoopa, from Paper Mario. The RPG Gamer (talk) (edits) 04:35, 18 May 2016 (EDT)

I find it really pointless to give friends requests to inactive users, or it will never answers you or it will take several years before you got a answer. I think it's a waste of time and according to the rules, we should focus more on mainspace instead of userspace. Just wait until they are active.--LudwigVon Sig.png(TALK) 08:40, 18 May 2016 (EDT)
Yeah, don't do it. --TucayoSig.png The 'Shroom 15:58, 18 May 2016 (EDT)
Those users aren't active and probably won't read your message anyway, making your friend requests to them very pointless edits. I'd also be a bit bewildered that some person would send a friend request to me during my inactive period if I was inactive for long periods of time as well. You need to use common sense. Alternate way to Slash things out[edit]

Could someone mention on the alter/remove comments section that you can also slash things out like this <del></del>. I can't edit the page so could an Administrator please add that in? Sure. I was wanting to make some other minor changes to the page anyway, so I've done it all in the one edit.
