Why have a category that solely says that everything in it appears in a crossover? We already have Category:Crossover games, and it goes without saying that anything that appears in one of those games also appears in a crossover. I don't see a need to specifically make it clear that, yes, the stuff in this crossover game is, in fact, in a crossover. We also already have Category:3rd Party Places for locations that specifically originate from outside Nintendo (it was created after this category, but its name fits with the previously established Category:3rd Party Characters). There's no way to change this category so that it has some practical benefit without a ridiculous amount of overlap. Why do only the locations, of all things, get a specialized category, anyways? There's no similar "Crossover" category for characters, items, enemies, or anything else. I think that creating similar categories for all of those subjects would be overkill, so I'll propose the opposite: delete this page.

A lot of the places aren't quite "Third Party Locations," for instance Every area in the Subspace Emissary barring Skyworld, the Halberd, and the Ruined Zoo, there is no "Marlboro Gardens" in any FF as far as I'm aware, and many of the Arcade GP courses are not from any actual Pac-Man games, just tenuously based upon them. Anyways, if the location originates in a crossover, even if it's linked to a 3rd-Party franchise, I'd consider it a crossover locayion and not a 3rd-Party location. The point is that you know it's a crossover location by virtue of it being in a crossover game. I brought up the third-party stuff in case anyone suggested retooling the category. Hello, I'm Time Turner. 17:53, 25 January 2018 (EST)
Which is exactly why I didn't oppose, but remained neutral. I just thought it was an important point to make. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 17:54, 25 January 2018 (EST)
