Amazons no Sato is the village of the Amazons, located in the Jungle Course and that appears in Super Mario Kart 3 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga.

It is located in a dormant volcano, and the entrance is blocked by a rock to which only queen Run has the key to open it. Beside the entrance of the village, there is another that leads to Pū Tairiku in the underground. Of the village, only a sacrifice ceremony near the lava pool is seen. Suffering from a long-lasting drought, Run decides to make a sacrifice to who she deems to be the responsible: a Blargg living in the lava pool. So the Amazons capture Luigi, but one of them is accidentally left out of the village and asks the help of Mario to enter. After one of the pilot taking part to the Super Mario Cart Rally smashes the rock, Mario and the rest of the pilots enter the village and rescue Luigi. Just then it starts to rain and Mario is declared the Amazons savior.

Later down the volume, Mario has to go back to the village to ask Run a cure for the poison afflicting Luigi, and she opens the way to Pū Tairiku.
