The Jungle Course is the designated second part of the Super Mario Cart Rally, located in the jungle region of the Mushroom Kingdom, south from Toad Town. It appears in Super Mario Kart 3 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga.
Two locations are the main focus of this course: the Piranha River, that the pilots must traverse at the beginning of the course, and the volcano in which is located the Amazon village and the entrance to Pū Tairiku. While this part has to be traversed once, Mario returns here near the end of the rally, when Luigi falls victim of a poisonous scorpion, and is suggest to ask the remedy to the Amazons queen, Run, previously encountered and helped early. This takes Mario, and the other pilots that were following him.
Beside the piranhas and the Amazons, snakes and monkeys inhabit the area.
