In this form, he is a golden Maneki-neko statue holding a coin. Luigi's Lucky Cat form is slightly different; he is raising his left paw instead of his right, unlike everyone else. While similar to Tanooki Mario's Statue form, Mario is invincible, rather than merely invulnerable and ignored by enemies; he also earns Coins while falling in this form.
