First appearance Super Mario Bros. Wonder (2023)

Light switches are blocks that are introduced in Super Mario Bros. Wonder and only appear in the level Light-Switch Mansion. When hit, they turn all of the associated level's lights on for a designated amount of time as indicated by the block's timer hand. The player can also hit the block again to reset the timer. These lights can reveal the location of invisible blocks and also defeat Boos that come in contact with the light.
