Found the keyboard key that looks like this ~ and use it 3 or four times at the end of your comments.

Not necessarily; a stub is an article that is mostly devoid of information. This classification is independent of the article's current length, and depends more on whether more information belongs there or not. Bop1996 _(Talk)
