Kamella
Kamella is a boss character that appears in Super Mario Galaxy. She looks similar to a Magikoopa wearing a purple robe. Her appearance is reminescent of Kammy Koopa from the Paper Mario series. She is first fought in the Space Junk Galaxy and is encountered again in the Deep Dark Galaxy.
Appearance
Kamella, like all Magikoopas, is a Koopa wearing a flowing robe and wizard hat. She generally alternates between shooting fireballs and Koopa shells at Mario. She also has the ability to summon other Magikoopas to her aid.
Combat
The fastest way to defeat Kamella is to grab the Koopa shells she summons and toss them back at her. If she is hovering in an easily accessible place, a Star Spin will also cause her damage. As she takes damage her attacks become increasingly dangerous (for instance, she begins firing multiple fireballs at once).
