Stage 6 is the sixth level of Bowser's Seizures Palace Hotel and the sixty-sixth level overall in Hotel Mario.

This level features ten floors, with anywhere between three to five doors on each floor. Five Buzzy Beetles and two Skeleton Koopas are present initially in the first section while eight Koopas and one Skeleton Koopa are present initially in the next section, and additional Buzzy Beetles and Koopas occasionally exit out of closed doors.
