Yellow Magikoopas can electrify nearby enemies in Paper Mario. He is a mediocre enemy who is not that dangerous, but if he charges an ally, he can become a bit of a problem. When riding a broom, he attacks with electricity, but a double jumo will make him fall off. When on the ground, he boldly walks up to Mario and smacks him. But, if all his allies have been defeated, he will turn yellow (no pun intended) and race off the stage.
In Mario Superstar Baseball, one of Magikoopa's alternate costumes has him wearing yellow robes, making him resemble a Yellow Magikoopa.
