Clefts are burly rock monsters, often with spikes on their head. They have high defense and high attack, making them one of the strongest enemies in the Marioverse. To defeat them, Mario should flip them over with an explosion, revealing their defenseless undersides. Among other areas, Clefts inhabit Mt.
