The Memory Banks is a location in Bowser's body, as seen in Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. It is in Bowser's brain. Here, Mario and Luigi go to check the safe number holding a Star Cure in Bowser's Castle. Mario, Luigi, and Starlow enter the final room, and see tons of shelves filled with books, and a creature typing on a computer.
