Re: Mario's girlfriend

Hello, I saw your question just now about a European website stating that Peach is Mario's girlfriend. Mind you, this is really a leftover from my way earlier editing - before I realized there was a general problem with official citations on the wiki (in fact, much of my older writing makes me wince). If I recall correctly, it's either from this or that. The exact page is unfortunately long gone as Nintendo localization has an annoying habit of replacing or discarding perceived outdated sites, often purging rare, fun tidbits with them. To my knowledge, no one knows of a full flash backup, although some fans do have the foresight to save them somewhere, so it's possible that the source may still exist out there.
