Can I have a userpage, please?

I'm posting this on my own talk page because I don't know where else to post it— it appears that, most likely because I'm a new(est) user, I can't create my own user page. I would kind of like to do that. Is this a privilege I might gain later? Thanks in advance to anyone who responds, and I'm sorry if there's a better place I should have posted this.
