Fever Racket	Ability
Flame Racket	Drops puddles of fire on the ground, which will burn opponents if they touch it. It is also able to burn opponents on impact.
Ice Flower	Allows the player to throw up to eight ice balls for a short time that cause other karts to temporarily lose control on impact.
Kamek	A crystal ball with Kamek's magic symbols on it that summons him, who then proceeds to summon many of a certain type of enemy ahead of all the racers in front of the player who used it, as well as turning them into that enemy temporarily.

Proposal test

Determine what reused assets from other games count as references

My original proposal talked about how I wanted to bring back reused veteran playable characters' voice clips in the references section of Mario Party games. The people that opposed gave the reason that "All of the reused veteran playable characters' voice clips don't count" cause they just used them to not drag the actors back into the recording booth. But then I thought "What about reused announcers then?". Announcers are also voice clips that they reused to either not drag the same announcer back into the recording booth or hire a new one. And the game engine too. I'm pretty sure they reuse game engines so they don't have to make a new engine (which costs money). So I feel like we should settle what reused assets from other games count as references to avoid inconsistencies.
