The Ultra Super Scope is an enhanced Super Scope created by Dr. Mario Nakamatsu in Super Mario: Yoshi no Road Hunting 2.
Compared to the standard Super Scope, it is bigger, has black accents, and a spiked cannon barrel.
After Mario's Super Scope runs out of ammo, Dr. Nakamatsu gives Mario the Ultra Super Scope before he adventures in Bowser's Castle. The new gun does not seem to be any different from the standard Super Scope, apart from more powerful shots. While facing Koopa Mecha, Prince Pine suggest putting the magic gems on the canon (hold together by the spikes) to send a powerful shot against the mecha.
