"Yoshi's Story 2" is a really weird redirect. Its a redirect for Yoshi's Island DS, but who thinks of Yoshi's Island DS as "Yoshi's Story 2"? It is distinctly a follow up to mechanics from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island and not Yoshi's Story. Maybe it was called "Yoshi's Story 2" because its was the next Yoshi platformer? No, because Yoshi Topsy-Turvy and Yoshi Touch & Go predate Yoshi's Island DS, so if any game was being called "Yoshi's Story 2" for lack of another name it would be one of them. Further, Yoshi's Island DS, was announced as Yoshi's Island 2, meaning without a leak there's no time for "Yoshi's Story 2" to be established as a thing to call Yoshi's Island DS. Who was calling Yoshi's Island DS "Yoshi's Story 2" enough to merit a redirect? Unless there's evidence of Yoshi's Story 2 being used in press or by the community, I think this redirect is too silly to keep active. Salmancer (talk) 22:12, November 6, 2025 (EST)

Late reply, but I agree, we really ought to delete this. Especially since, if anything, Yoshi's Wooly World is the actual Yoshi's Story 2. Wandering Poplin (talk) 17:27, December 19, 2025 (EST)
