Expansion[edit]
I have the feeling there could be more added to this article, like how autoconfirmed users looks. So it isn't just a single row of text and then the privileges. But also the history of this user promotion, why it's added, any changes made to the promotion since it exists and a possible FAQ.

- Policy pages aren't articles. They don't need to be filled with everything that's relevant, just the parts that would be most useful for users to know. You can infer why it exists from the fact that it's one step up from autoconfirmed, and I don't see what other FAQs are necessary.
