Variant of Super Nintendo

The Koopa Tokusei is a machine created by Bowser in the "Go! Go! Mario Paint Theater" skit in Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land 1 of the Super Mario Kodansha manga. It is a machine that converts Mario Paint drawing in the real world.

Using this, Bowser creates a fake Mario and orders it to ruin the plumber's reputation and relationship with Princess Peach. Immediately, the fake Mario hits Peach and flips her skirt, then robs a bakery, and the blame all falls on the real Mario. After finding the machine in Bowser's Castle, Mario first orders his faker to punch Bowser, then deletes it, clear his name, and then humiliate Bowser by creating his double and forcing him to do good deeds, much to the Koopa King's frustration.

Fashinated by the machine, Peach, and later Mario's friends all use it to make their silly caricatures to bully Fake Bowser, to which Bowser gives up and goes away.
