Template:Pmitem-infobox The Mushroom Crepe (called a Shroom Crepe in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door) is an item made by mixing Cake Mix with an Ultra Shroom in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. It can be sold anywhere for 100 coins and heals thirty HP and twenty FP. It replaces the Sweet Shroom from Paper Mario.

The Mushroom Crepe makes a reappearance in Super Paper Mario, where it is now made by mixing a Shroom Shake with a Cake Mix. In this game, it restores twenty HP and cures poison.
