It is a gambling hall found in the [[Snow Area]] of [[Shroom City (Mario Party Advance)|Shroom City]], and its aesthetic matches the outside. Its interior is almost completely blue, with the back wall  being made up of light blue hexagonal tiles and large, white snowflakes alongside the slot machines and stools in the foreground carrying the same color. The table at the far left holds a pile of casino chips, and [[Penguin]], a frequent gambler at the Ice Game Room, stands next to it. He has played in the game room to the point where he has lost most of his money. If the player offers to help him, the [[Engaging Game]] quest starts, which involves playing one of the game room's gambling minigames, [[Drop 'Em]], in an attempt to win enough [[coin]]s. Succeeding lets the player keep the minigame.
