The Town Area starting point.
The Town Area is one of the areas in Shroom City from Mario Party Advance. If the player selects Mario to use, they will start here.
Like it's name states, it looks like an ordinary town, and is also the main part of the city, consuming of seventeen places and eighteen quests to do. Town Area is made up of these places:

- Train Station
- Vending Machines
- Shroomlock House
- Chain Chomp
- Town Game Room A
- Town Game Room B
- Bob-omb Avenue
- Bob-omba
- Koopa Bank
- Goombob Manor
- Thwomp House
