Hello! I am Iamabrawler! I want to become a writer and so I like to create fanfiction with Mario Bros and other Nintendo series. Here is one of my fanfics with all chapters. Its name: Between Dreams and Nightmares

NOTE: This fanfiction also depicts everything I believe happens in the black spots of history. So it contains spoilers. Of course this is only my opinin and it may be false but I think it resumes everything.

Chapter 1: The Dream

This is a calm night in the Mushroom Kingdom. Mario had to work on many Toads' homes because Bowser recently broke a water pipe in ther last fight. The main pipe is still too difficult to repair.

Mario went to sleep happy because at least, this battle gave him the chance of repairing even more water floods and so he boosted up his plumber work! This also means that Bowser will have more chances to attack since Mario will be busy somewhere else... Hey, Luigi is not useless after all!

Mario then began dreaming. He dreamt of when he defeated Wart in Subcon. That was long ago. Once the world of dreams was freed from Wart's terrible claws (and bubbles) in Mario's dream, he noticed the Subcons tried to talk to him.

"Wart is back! He hates vegetables but he no more cares!"

"How come?" Mario asked.

"Do you know why he disappeared for some time?"

"Uh... no. But I heard that Link, a fierce SSB fighter had already seen him somewhere in his world, whatdyacallhim... Hyrule."

"There he learned to leave the world of dreams and enter your Kingdom. "Seriously? Then I should think about that."

"Mario was about to leave the dream when he heard a loud shout from one of the Subcons.

"Don't leave for the beach tomorrow!"

Chapter 2. The Nightmare Begins

"So, where is the best place for you, Princess?" Luigi asks.

"I think here is the best place to place our parasol", Princess Peach says.

"I don't think that coming with you was my best idea..." Mario says.

The beach was full of Toads taking a sunbath, playing volleyball or having fun in water. Mario was afraid that something would go wrong, and he was right! Because suddenly, Kamek appeared.

"Welcome, King Bowser, to Sunny Mushroom Beach!"

King Bowser appeared behind, with a trail of monsters after him. Goombas, Koopas, Lakitus... an entire armada!

"I knew it!" Mario exclaimed. He then rushed to fight Bowser.

"NOT THIS TIME!" Kamek said. Then he casts a spell and turns Mario to stone.

"MARIO!"the Toads, Peach and Luigi exclaimed.

"I bring this statue with me. Once at my castle, I'll turn him back to normal... in a prison! Mwahahahaha!"

While Bowser's minions take all the Toads away from te beach and begin placing their towels, Bowser leaves with a stone Mario. Luigi can do nothing however.

Mario, blocked under the stone, then dreams of Wart, who then teleports and appears outside, automatically running away to retrieve his minions the 8-Bits, who are now part of Bowser's Army.

Mario, unable to move, can't even tell his friends about the double trouble occuring right now...

Chapter 3. Double W

"Let me outta here!" Mario cries behind the jaildoor.

"Never, you plumber!" Kamek answers. "We will leave you here until Bowser has caught the entire kingdom!"

Then Mario has an idea.

Peach, Luigi, Yoshi and a Toad come back to Peach's Castle and make the point. "We are in big trouble", Luigi says.

"First thing: Mario has been turned to stone." Peach says.

"Second thing: Bowser is back and it's been only 1 week since his last assault!" Luigi adds.

"YOSHI!"

"Yoshi is right. There is something coming from there. It looks like a giant frog. It is... WART!"

"Not that Subcon monster! And he also took back his control on all the 8-Bits!" Luigi cries.

Then he desperately tries to break the castle's door. BUt it is locked.

"Look up, Princess. I think you are no more the owner of this castle..." Toad says.

And Toad was right, because the nice picture of the Princess has been changed with a big, rounded nose and two mustaches in zigzag.

"Wario. That guy always shows up when it's not time."

Chapter 4. The Greatest Plan Ever!

Mario automatically has a plan in mind. He talks to Kamek.

"Kamek, you hate me, I hate you since my baby times, but I have something important to tell you."

"Is it about how you will destroy Bowser?"

"No, no. There's a new villain in town, and its name is Wart! Bowser already lost a big part of its army because the Shy Guys, Pokeys, and other creatures followed him."

"I must tell Bowser right now!"

"Yeah. That will only cause more havoc. Everyone is happy!"

Kamek leaves and Mario secretly takes out of his pocket a mini mushroom. He eats it and becomes small enough to pass through the bars of his prison. He then punches a ? Block and finds a mushroom to get back his original size. Mario flees the castle on one of Kamek's brooms.

Everything seems lost for Luigi and the crew. Wart approaches dangerously...

"Hey! This is MY kingdom! Go back in your dream universe!"

It was Bowser who said that.

"Hah! I'm still better than you! I already conquered Subcon and this new world will be mine too!"

The heroes use Luigi's attacks against the door to open it and enter. They then throw Wario outside and lock the door.

"Uwaaaaaaaaaaaa... Let me in! Let me in!"

Chapter 5: The Key Element

With the telescope inside the castle, Toad notices something red and blue coming on a broom.

"It's him! Mario!"

But Mario zigzags in the air and crashes into the castle, breaking the Wario face in front.

"My portrait!" Wario said.

Mario crashes inside the castle and tells his friends about his plan.

"See, I knew Bowser could not accept anyone else than him attacking the Mushroom Kingdom. So I played on his nerves and now it's war! Once someone wins, the other one will be easier to get rid of."

"What if none of the armies fall?"

"I suppose we will need the help of a black-and-white enemy who knows very well how to make fighting spaceships... Tatanga!"

Mario was right. Tatanga was actually hired by Wario during the first SML. He is not truly evil. And Mario, who knew he would not return to Sarasaland, gave Tatanga (who was actully nice after Wario was defeated) his castle.

"Since I need to stay here to help you with Bowser and Wart, who will go there instead of me?" Mario asks.

"I will. It is time for me to have a bigger role in a game," Luigi answers. "You came back on a spaceship from your battle with Tatanga, eh? I'll just use it."

While Luigi leaves for Sarasaland, Mario and the gang add more details to his plan.

Chapter 6: The End is Near

The hopes are lost. The Toad Town around the Castle have been almost entirely destroyed by the monsters fighting like devils. And they approach the castle more and more... Mario, Peach, Toad and Yoshi desperately try to avoid battle until they can fight back. Hey! Is that a bird? Is that a plane? No! It's Tatanga who arrives in his personal spaceship with Luigi aboard!

"Group, this is Tatanga, an alien, master tactician and great at building warcraft and fighting machines." Mario explains.

"I indeed am pleased to meet you."

"What will he do?" Peach asks.

Mario then explains his idea. Wart has its own transportation system, Bowser has his Koopa Clown Car and everything... The only way of destroying all the enemies and yatta yatta is to have their own machines. This implies that Peach must ask for a day of peace.

The nex day, while Peach risks her life between the army of Bowser and the 8-Bits, Mario and the crew help Tatanga building spaceships.

Wario's one is ready. It is a big red nose with a glass dome on top for Wario and the mustaches form the wings.

Wario only touches it and it breaks down...

"This means that you won't help by fighting but by building! At work, Wario!"

Chapter 7: Mechanists at Work

"Why would I help you building? I want you to lose and die so the castle will be mine and I will be rich and then I will crash down Bowser and the kingdom will be mine" CRASH!

"Shut up, Fat guy, ad work!" Tatanga says.

"Yes boss..." Wario says.

"We have to think strategically," Luigi says. "Has anyone an idea?"

"I know!" Mario answers. "You remember the water floods Bowser caused around the kingdom? Well, we will spread a virus there and we will tell all Toads to drink no water. This will weaken the enemy forces. But who is courageous enough to run through the lines of enemies, even during this day of peace?"

"Not me!" Luigi says before running away.

"Yoshi!"

Yoshi takes the virus and runs to the broken pipe in the factory. He avoids most of the attacks, but a Shy Guy makes him trip and he almost breaks the glass containing the green, slimy liquid. He catches it one second before it breaks on the floor.

Yoshi runs even faster, avoiding everything in his path, and finally arrives at the place where the water floods nonstop. He places the virus in it and then runs away.

Back at the castle, Tatanga asks what was this virus to Mario.

"Oh, it is only the combined symptoms of fever, cold and flu that I met in the Mushroom Kingdom Hospital..."

"The spaceships are ready!"

Mario's spaceship is a pipe with a protection glass in front.

Luigi's spaceship is a giant vacuum resembling the Poltergust.

Peach's spaceship is a giant flower which all petals can shoot.

Toad's spaceship is a big mushroom top with extreme speed.

Finally, Tatanga joins in his own spaceship.

"Ready... GO!"
