Morton?

Morton's stature isn't really in any way specific to him. There are plenty of short, chubby characters, such as Roy, Boom Boom, and (perhaps) even Bowser. Okay, the latter two probably aren't the best examples, but still, Morton's physical appearance is fairly generic. Also, I don't see the similarity to Ludwig's hair. These sound like desperate attempts to turn the Broodals into the Koopalings.
