Renaming?Edit

It should come with an identifier, i don't think it should have priority over the other Big Bird. --  FanOfYoshi 00:21, July 12, 2019 (EDT)

I think it should just be moved to "Big Bird" sans identifier, since the other "Big Bird" is a one-off name for Klepto used on an obscure defunct website. Niiue - Who has lost his tail? 00:32, July 12, 2019 (EDT)
Per Niiue.    00:44, July 12, 2019 (EDT)
It also comes from the game. --  FanOfYoshi 01:08, July 12, 2019 (EDT)
Considering the same website also calls Dorrie "the Swimming Beast" and makes up a new name for Spindrift, it's likely that the site author didn't consult the Nintendo Power guide and assumed the mission titles were the actual names (and in Super Mario 64 DS, there's a mission called "Klepto the Condor", which makes "Big Bird" seem unintended or generic). Then what about the fact that it is capitalized? --  FanOfYoshi 09:29, July 12, 2019 (EDT)
What about it? Again, the site appears to have been made a while after the game's release and probably had little to no corroboration with Nintendo Power. LinkTheLefty (talk) 09:35, July 12, 2019 (EDT)

DondonEdit

Can the statement that this is a Dondon get some manner of source? Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 13:10, July 12, 2019 (EDT)

Considering it was randomly added without a source back in 2014, I'm guessing it's probably not official. Niiue - Who has lost his tail? 13:17, July 12, 2019 (EDT)
Agreed to demote it from the Dondon. --  FanOfYoshi 13:20, July 12, 2019 (EDT)
They only appear in the same stage, have similar features, and "Big Bird" is likely in relation to the bird enemy. That said, it's somewhat speculative and the Japanese names don't seem related, so I wouldn't mind if it was removed. LinkTheLefty (talk) 13:24, July 12, 2019 (EDT)
No they don't, they also appear in Hippo Zone. More memorably, actually. Doc von Schmeltwick (talk) 13:51, July 12, 2019 (EDT)
My fault for holding A and never actually playing the stage. Yeah let's remove it then. LinkTheLefty (talk) 13:54, July 12, 2019 (EDT)
