Remote Island in the Lava

Template:Location-infobox Remote Island in the Lava is a location in Super Mario Odyssey. It is located in the top-right corner of the Luncheon Kingdom in a sea of lava. It can be reached by capturing a Lava Bubble and using it to reach the island. On the island there a low platform with two Question Blocks and two Brick Blocks and a panicked Volbonan who tells the player that it is there to fix all the cracks, which was interrupted by the falling melons, and that it wishes that someone would get the job done.. On the upper level there is a hole that dispenses multicoloured melons, piles of salt and six cracks in the ground. Once they are all Ground Pounded, the Volbonan gives the player a Power Moon. Left to the melon-dispensing hole is an 8-Bit Pipe that transports mario to an 8-bit section with several Hammer Brothers, Lava Bubbles firing both upward and downward, a platform that transports the player over lava, and another Power Moon. Behind the hole there is a painting which transports the player to Yoshi's House in the Mushroom Kingdom.
