Template:Worldbox Lost Mangroves is the first island in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. The island is covered with many large mangrove trees, as well as a large number of crashed planes, also leaving many escape rafts. This island also introduces mine carts and underwater stages. The boss of this world is Pompy.

World 1-A Zip-Line Shrine Screenshot of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze. The level in which Zip-Line Vines are introduced. The Kongs can grab and hold onto these vines and slide along them.
World 1-B Busted Bayou File:Siluet level.jpg The first silhouette course in the game.
World 1-K Swinger Flinger Swinger Flinger The first Hidden Kong Temple course in the game. It is primary composed of swinging vines.
World 1-Boss Big Top Bop Green Finleys at Big Top Bop in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze The first boss stage in the game. Here, the Kongs have to face Pompy, a Snowmad sea-lion.
