She is really the only character-next to mario-that can effectively use the Point Swap item. A great strategy would be:
 
1. Have Power lift
2. Have Lip Lock
3. Have as many Mega Rushes equipped as possible
4. Have 2 Double dips Equipped for both Flurrie and Mario
5. Have 6 Power punches
6. Lots of FP
7. A point swap
 
Note: this would be ineffective if you are fighting enemies that have the choice to attack Flurrie in the back row
 
First have one FP left. Assuming it is Mario's turn, use the point swap. Flurrie should be in peril mode. Have Flurrie use her "Triple dip" move and use the three power punches. Let mario take the pain. Now have mario use power lift and boost up Flurrie's attack as much as possible. Then Have flurrie use Triple dip on the last 3 power punches. Let mario take the hits. By now, flurrie should be a MONSTER. Have Flurrie pucker up and suck 20+ HP out of the strongest enemy for the next 3 turns. This strategy can be flexible, so use it to your desire.

Flurrie, Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door

Flurrie (also known as Madame Flurrie and referred to as Clouda in Japan) is Mario's third party member in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Madame Flurrie is not to be confused with Flurry, an enemy from Super Mario Bros. 2. She is a Wind or Cloud Spirit, and a slightly pompous actress (she resumes her career at the end of the game). Her ability is to blow out large amounts of wind, which can (in the overworld) make incoming enemies dizzy or blow away flaps.

When Mario, Goombella, Koops and Punio go to the Great Boggly Tree, they find that the door is locked. Punio recalls a secret entrance somewhere around a low branch of the tree, but it is covered by a an "invisible thing", and he doesn't know how to remove it or even exactly where it is. He suggests that Mario should go to Flurrie's house and ask her to help them find it.

When they go to Flurrie's house, she tells them that she can't be seen without her necklace and asks Mario to get it back for her. They return to the first area and find the Shadow Sirens with the necklace. Mario defeats them and gets the necklace back for Flurrie, who insists she must repay Mario and gives a very large kiss which knocks away his current party member and Punio. She then joins the party.

Trivia

  • Flurrie's name is a corruption of the word "flurry," which can refer to an unsuspected burst of wind.
  • Interestingly, Flurrie's hair style strongly resembles the one that Ludwig Von Koopa has.
  • Of all the Paper Mario and Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door characters that make cameos in Mario's house in the beginning of Super Paper Mario, Flurrie is the most noticeable.
  • During battle, Flurrie's attacks are very similar to Lakilester's attacks in the original Paper Mario (Gale Force to Hurricane and Dodgy Fog to Cloud Nine).
  • In Nintendo Power's official guide for Super Paper Mario, Flurrie's name is misspelled as Madame Flurry.
